Description

These are beautiful, hardy, hardworking snails. They are my favorite snails for freshwater aquariums. They do not harm plants. They help eat algae and eat any leftover food in the aquarium. They can be prolific breeders but aren't as difficult to control as trumpet snails. Baby snails are covered with blue spots in a leopard pattern and then they become solid blue. Adults can reach up to an inch in diameter. If you have a preference for size of your snails, let me know. If you have no preference I will ship younger snails as they tend to do better with shipping. I will ship mature snails upon request. This is for 10 of these awesome snails plus 3 extras just in case. Snails may be fully retreated into their shells and shy after having been in transit but should adjust and become active not long after being added to the tank. It's possible that something may go wrong in shipping (extreme temperatures, exploding mail trucks...). Live arrival is guaranteed (in the lower 48 states only) on the first 10 snails if you contact me within 24 hours of delivery and provide pictures of the dead snail(s) out of the shell. I will refund the cost of the dead snail(s) minus shipping. Shipping is $8 for USPS Priority in an insulated box with heat pack. Please feel free to contact me with any questions whatsoever, whether before buying, during shipping or even for advice on caring for your snails after you receive them. I want you to have the best experience possible when doing business with me and if you do, I hope you'll leave feedback! Also, be sure to let me know if your email address here on Aquabid doesn't match your Paypal email address so that I know where to send your invoice. Thanks everyone!!
