These awesome snails make great fresh food for your loaches, puffers, turtles, crayfish, and more! Treat your fish to live, fresh, healthy food for best colors and long life! Best of all, these snails reproduce rapidly so you can have fresh food all the time! These tadpole snails, which are also known as bladder snails, are also great algae and detritus eaters (they eat both algae and proteins from the sides and bottom of the tank). They are great cleaners and great additions for any aquarium! I especially recommend them for plant and shrimp tanks as they make great cleaners and don't bother the live plants.

They don�t bother my plants and some of my tanks have nice plants. They have lovely leopard patterns on the shells and if you let them, they get to a maximum size of about ��. They are freshwater (can tolerate freshwater salt added), can tolerate a wide range of temperatures (I�ve had them from 68 � 86 F). Your snails will be between 1/8� and �� in size, most are on the larger size, depending on my stock, some may be pretty big (ask if you have requests). They grow very quickly.

These healthy young snails are active and fun to watch, making short order of any algae, extra fish food on the bottom of your tank, and dead leaves on plants. They are quite entertaining, if another snail inadvertently gets too close or crawls on it, the other will "shake it off"! They also are able to float themselves up to the top of the water, and once they are ready, back down again.

Snails are shipped Monday through Wednesday, to prevent your live snails from being held up over a weekend in shipping.

This auction is for snails (photos may have incremental or blurred images of fish, shrimps or other types of snails housed in the same tanks; this auction is for snails listed in the title of auction).

Please note that you are responsible for the legalities of any purchase you make and receive in your state; I cannot be held responsible for checking your species regulations.

For live fish/invertebrates, in case of DOA�s, a clear picture must be submitted within two hours of delivery. Please send me a message so I can begin to resolve it for you. Snail extras are not included in DOA �insurance coverage�.
