Description

These look like they crawled out of Grandma's hard candy dish! Purple to red stripes on a pink to ivory background with a light foot color. These cuties vary greatly in color and stripe pattern and they do change more as they grow than other colors. Some will end up rather burgundy or even purple. It's just part of their charm. These are young snails hatched in my tank, approximately 3/8-1/2" shell size. Raised on a quality diet with extra calcium so shells are strong. Vigorous and active. The winner of this auction may choose to purchase additional snails at the same price per snail as their winning bid, up to 12 peppermint snails in total. Simply send me a message when the auction closes so I can invoice you for the correct quantity. Payment is by PayPal. Shipping options: Priority mail 1-3 day in an insulated box with a heat pack, $8 OR Express 1-2 day (also insulated and heated), $18-35 depending on location. I'll provide an exact amount if you'll send me your zip code. I do check before shipping and will ship during windows of favorable weather. Favorable means no temperatures below 30F for 1 to 2-day delivery locations, 40F for 3-day locations. Because I care and take responsibility for the shipment until it reaches its destination, I will refuse to ship to you if it is just plain too cold. If in doubt, ask, it saves a lot of trouble. This auction is for a shipment to be sent in the coming week, please don't bid on this auction and then ask me to hold shipment until a later date. Instead, email me to inquire about future availability. I will combine auctions won, up to 12 snails can ship together at the same shipping price.
