Description

Hi. Up for bid are 10 tank acclimated healthy thriving fresh water clams. A natural addition to your aquarium. Sand bottom or fine gravel a must for them to thrive. These clams will certainly help keep your tank clean. In fact one clam filters 10 liters of water. I have had them in my tank with my electric jack and they have grown. They sift your sand naturally without releasing unwanted parasites. They move up and down when feeding and throw swooshes of sand and water. " and look the green terror is curious, the fish will be curious when the clams are on the move. Shipping is 10 dollars. Thanks nick. 3 day priority.

I am going to the river this weekend and I will be doing my collecting. I will also include in this auction 6 large north american black trumpet snails great little cleaner uppers and the last I checked no one is selling these on aqua bid. They have to be acclimated from the cold water they are coming from before you toss them in your tank but I have tanks full of them and no I'm not ripping up the bottom of my tanks to include these I'm a firm believer that this disrupts chemistry and releases parasites which will attack your fish. You will have to acclimate them yourself if you want them and want them to live. The clams are all acclimated in a seperate tank I use specifically for this. Any questions feel free to ask. Happy bidding. Nick
