Description

This auction is for a lot of 10 snails that measure between ¼” (one quarter inch) and ¾” (three quarter inch).

 

Background:

Parents are both Ivory “Brigs” or Ivory Mystery snails measuring 2".  These snails were raised on cucumber, romaine lettuce and algae wafers. Currently live in a snail and shrimp tank.

 

Information:

Feed them well and they grow very quickly, as you can see in the picture below.  The snails for sale are the little guys surrounding “Uncle Tank”, who is roughly a month older than these guys, and measures somewhere between one and one and a half inches. Great addition to any tank an  won't eat live vegetation unless there's nothing else available. Very peaceful and beautiful, especially full grown. Most of my snails have been handled and are not frightened easily or for too long.

 

Shipping:

Priority shipping is recommended, and will cost $7.  I ship Priority Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday delivery.

Overnight shipping is available, and will cost $37.  I ship overnight Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday delivery.

 

Shipments are made on the following shipping day (see above) after payment has been received and cleared.  Tracking is included.

 

DOA/Returns:

I do not accept returns.  If you have any DOA, Please provide pictures within 2 hours of receipt of package showing snails in unopened bag.  Email pictures to katvillefish@frontier.com referencing the auction number.  Then, place in a conspicuous location where current or other creatures will not jostle or move them, or place them in a hospital tank for 24 hours, and leave them an algae wafer nearby.  Sometimes the stress of the shipping causes them to freak out a little and they play dead, but if left alone they should come out.  If they still have not come out after 24 hours and you are certain they are dead, please send another picture, and I will refund the cost of the snail.  Shipping is non-refundable.  Replacements can be made with the cost of additional shipping.  Though, I do usually put an extra in the bag just in case.

 

The picture above shows the little guys you are bidding on surrounding their “Uncle Tank”, who is not for sale. The picture below is a close up of one of the little guys you are bidding on. Give them a month and plenty of food and they’ll be huge, trust me!  I have witnesses!
