Description

This auction is for 25 gold mystery snails. These snails are great at eating algae and excess food that drops to the bottom of the aquarium. They can occasionally be seen skimming the top of the waterline to eat floating fish food! Unlike other snails, mystery snail populations are easy to control. Simply remove the pinkish masses of eggs that are laid just above the waterline. Mystery snails are quite large and can grow to approximately golf ball size!

The snails I am selling have bright yellow bodies with orange markings and orange eyes. I have tried to capture these markings by taking photos of larger snails. Most snails you will be bidding on are closer to 1-2 cm in shell diameter (a bit smaller than dime size), or the size of the smaller snails in the pictures.

You will be receiving 25 snails, plus a a few extra in case of DOA. If ALL snails are DOA, please contact me within 24 hours and provide a photo, so I can refund your money.

The snails you will be receiving are AT LEAST 1 cm in shell diameter.

Shipping is USPS priority and is $15.00. This includes the cost of a 40 hour heat pack to ensure snail survival in lower temperatures. I only ship within the continental US. Paypal only, please!
