Description

You are bidding on 4 pair of young juveniles or a baker dozen of unsexed fish, your choice. Pseudomugil cyanodorsalis � Although this fish has been around the hobby for a while it�s still quite rare and I don�t know quite why as it is SO BEAUTIFUL! This is a tiny ~ 1.25 inch maximum size fish with a neon blue back and a bright yellow underbelly. The only �problem� with this fish is that it really does much better showing much better colors with sea salt in the water. 1 2/3rd Cup SEA SALT/5 gallons is all you really need (1.017 specific gravity if you want to measure it) to keep them happy. You don�t really have to worry about �cycling� a tank like you would for salt water either, these guys are pretty much bullet-proof. A 4 inch hydrosponge with an airstone inside is all they need for filtration. They eat live baby brine shrimp which stays alive and quite happy in this salty environment. They lay eggs in mops, like killifish and other rainbowfish and hatch in about 20 days, very easy. Males love to face off against each other spreading their fins wide and spinning around in circles, really fun to watch! Look them up on �Google Image for some better photos and videos too.

When the auction ends on Saturday evening I want to have an email by Sunday afternoon so I can get your fish ready. I need a PayPay sent so I can ship out on Monday. Due to the slower response at the PO I only ship Priority on Monday as I have had slow service for the last two months and don�t want your fish stuck in the mail over the weekend. I can also send via Express mail but needs to be shipped no later than Wednesday. With the price of express mail creeping up every year I do offer shipping via Priority although I don�t guarantee fish that way. These fish I believe are hardy enough to survive and thrive after 3+ days in the mail. Priority is $15. Express mail is $50.

I ship all of my fish in breather bags. Live fish guarantee only with Express mail but these fish ship extremely well. Guarantee with immediate digital picture of dead fish - in the bag provides credit for the replacement of DOA fish. Guarantee does not include the cost of shipping.
