Description

The first time offered in North America! You are bidding on 8 unsexed fish that are just starting to sex out. I can make sure that there is a male in the group but with 8 fish your chances are very good of having more than one pair of fish when they all sex out. These are small enough that you might think about trying Priority mail ($15) but I won�t guarantee them unless shipped via Express Mail. This fish was collected fairly close to the creek known as Rum (Kali Rum) but the fish are a little different a more bluish color. They grow to about 4 inches in size and are very active. Just like all rainbowfish, change the water and feed them a quality diet and they�ll live a long and happy life. Very easy to keep and breed, just keep up with your water changes and feed quality foods. Like most rainbowfish they look much better in a planted tank and certainly one with dark colored gravel.

You get what you pay for� I raise and breed more species and location (river) variants of rainbowfish than anyone else in the United States. My rainbowfish are all raised by me and not imported from some offshore farm. My aquariums are carefully marked to ensure that similar species are not mixed up or crossed. So many rainbowfish look very similar when they are small so attention to detail is vital. You will see in my listings rainbowfish that have never been offered EVER in the United States. You�ll get prompt and courteous service and you�ll get some great fish that you�ll enjoy for years to come.

When the auction ends on Saturday evening I would like to have an email by Sunday morning so I know whether a PayPal payment is coming shortly or whether we are waiting for a MO. Payment must be made within 5 days after the auction ends. If I am shipping on Monday morning your prizes need to have a good water change and go without food for 36 + hours so that they can be shipped to you in optimal shape. Without the 36 hour fast rainbowfish can easily get ammonia burn or worse.

Express mail shipping is $45 or less for those that live closer to St. Louis MO. Save some shipping dollars by buying more than one auction from me. You�ll pay the exact shipping price. For this auction only you might get by with Priority mail for $15 but I only guarantee Express. Rainbowfish really need to have a lot of oxygen to survive. I ship all of my fish in breather bags. Guarantee with immediate (within 2 hours of USPS delivery) digital picture of dead fish - in the bag provides credit for the replacement of DOA fish. Guarantee does not include the cost of shipping.
