Description

You are bidding on 8 young, unsexed, tank raised Melanotaenia trifasciata �Goyder River�. Sized at 1" or better TL, and out of a group of 8, you stand a pretty good chance of getting a mixed sex ratio. The parents of these guys were grown out from a batch of eggs that I got from top rainbowfish hobbyist Gary Lange when he spoke at the Greater Pittsburgh Aquarium Society meeting in 2014. Photo shows a couple of random young breeder males from my spawning group and notice the awesome rich color of this bloodline,(as with any of the rainbows would be that came from Gary). These are not a commercially pond raised Florida bloodline that are mass produced and lack the original wild caught qualities like the ones you might find in a big box chain store.

Only method of shipping offered is USPS Express Shipping for a flat rate of $40.00 and, in areas with bad/cold weather, I highly recommend using the �hold for pick up� (at post office) option to help protect the shipment from a day or exposure to weather conditions as it rides around in a mail truck for hours prior to delivery to your home. Email me your shipping zip code for delivery times as some USPS Express is a 2 day delivery.

Live delivery will be guaranteed, as long as someone is present to receive & sign for shipment on the first delivery attempt to an address other than a post office. If using the �hold for pick up� service, packages must be picked up within 4 hours once available at your post office. - - - Live delivery is guaranteed to you, but I DO NOT GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME!

I don't use USPS Priority Mail (and please don't ask me to, saying you will take the risk!) because they are so unpredictable and unreliable. I have already had packages in the past take up to two weeks to get delivered; I will not to take a gamble with living things!!! Let us avoid any problems, headaches, arguments and hard feelings just to try and save a few dollars!!
