This auction is for 6 young mixed sex Melanotaenia kiunga (undescribed yet species).around 1.50in.My breeders came from Eric Bodrock who brought these gems back in 2009.I remember talking with Heiko Bleher who told me he collected them from a deep forest shallow creek with hardly any sunlight penetration North of the Village of Kiunga.If your into the bio types for your species other info i have is they were collected over a dence bed of barclaya mortelay and sand layered bottom.Hardly any light penetration.Truly a rare and beautiful species.
