Description

Hello, you�re bidding on one mop of high quality Melanotaenia Lacustris fish. This central Papua New Guinea rainbowfish is one of the most easiest to maintain in the hobby. The temperature need for this type of rainbow fry is from about 72 to 78 degrees. However, the higher the temperature, the faster the fry will grow. The pH needs to be in the mid alkaline (7.0 to 7.5). Make sure the water is changed on a regular basis so ammonia, nitrates or anything else doesn't build up. Also, keeping up with the water changes allows your fry to have more calcium from the water to grow faster. Ground up egg shell in a cup, works the same. We are sending some APR powder with this auction so that your fry will have something to eat until they can eat larger foods like brine shrimp. Shipping is by USPS priority mail at a cost of $10.00. The box will be insulated with 1/2" foam to keep it air tight and padded so nothing can squash the eggs. Then, I use Kordon breather bags to bag the eggs. Due to the nature of the lifespan of these eggs, payment is requested within 24 hours of the auctions end. Please send payment to my paypal account at jeffanddeena@msn.com.
