Hello folks! Happy October! This offering is from Conrad Jr's. fish room! You will receive 3 different species of Young Killifish in this box and they will look exactly like the fish below when you receive them. I outta know, cuz I am the guy photographing all this stuff week after week! I HIGHLY recommend you do a Google photo search on all 3 species of these fish cuz over the next few weeks these fish will blossom into some real beauties. They are also all easy to breed and FUN to work with. Once again Conrad wrote his own description for this offering and here is what you will receiving in his own words- 1 young pair of chromaphyosemion volcanum ekondo titi. These fish have started laying viable eggs in the past couple weeks. I like to hand pick eggs from synthetic spawning mops and incubate in a margarine container, with tank water and a touch of methylene blue(enough to slightly tint the water). I keep them in a dark place for a week or two until they start hatching. Room temp is fine for these fish, eggs and fry. Microworms as first food works great. 1 young pair of aphyosemion marginatum. Care is same as for the volcanums above. 6 juvenile epiplatys dageti monroviae. These fish are just sexable. I did my best to ensure a mix of males and females. I selected 3 males and 3 females with a reasonable degree of certainty. Care is same as for the volcanums above. 1 microworm starter culture with instructions. 1 bunch of soft hornwort 1 bunch of naja grass Several pieces of java fern Thank you Conrad. I can also vouch for the fact he picked 3 Pr's of Epiplatys dageti monroviae. Believe it or not it's pretty easy to sex them by looking at them in my photo's than with the naked eye. I think that means we need to think about getting our eye's checked again Conrad. Try some of Conrad's Killifish out folks. He's really into them right now and he's breeding some really nice fish!
