The fish in the 3 photo's below are ADULTS. This offering is for a total of 16 YOUNGSTERS. You will NOT be receiving Adult Dwarf Cichlids like the fish below in my first 3 photos. Julidochromis transcriptus Gombi Neolamprologus brevis Hello folks! Happy Spring!! This offering is for a total of 16 Young Dwarf Cichlids! You will receive 2 Types! These fish were all born right over in Conrad Jr's. fish room and they are both from Lake Tanganyika. Both species stay small. The Trancriptus breed in caves and rock piles and the Brevis breed in shells! Win this offering and I will send you 8 of each PLUS 6 Assassin Snails and 3 Gold Turbo Snail Shells. All fish are right around 1 inch long. I will also add some high quality foods they will aggressively wolf down. If rocks and driftwood weren't do darn heavy I would send you some of those with this offering too! Conrad says- "You can place this entire auction in a 10 gallon tank and just wait for the fish to grow a little and pair off. You will be able to maintain and breed the Julis and Brevis in the same aquarium. I would place some rockwork on one side for the Julis and then leave the opposite side open with shells on the bottom. The Julis will naturally gravitate to the cave side while the Brevis will occupy the shell side. Both species demonstrate good parental care and you will get a good yield of juveniles that you can harvest from time to time to thin out the numbers in the main breeding tank. Thank you Conrad!
