Hello folks! Happy Spring!! I was out in the garage this morning checking out my back yard tubs! It's still to early to do anything with them but it's nice just knowing I'll be getting them out soon! This offering is for some mop spawning Dwarf Blue Eye Rainbow's along with a couple mops to actually collect their eggs in. You will receive top quality pre sexed fish so you WILL be able to give these fish a try too! If you allow me to SHIP (not just pay right away) in a timely manner I will also include a nice Group of 5 COOL to mess with Hara jerdoni PLUS some Egg Scatterers to try your luck with! Here's exactly what you are bidding on- 2 Pr's. of Dwarf Blue Eye Pseudomugil ivantsoffi along with 2 Pr's of Dwarf Blue Eye Pseudomugil furcatus. The ivantsoffi are pretty RARE in the hobby and came from my fish friend Diane's fish room and the Furcata's were born here in my fish room but are also a strain Diane was maintaining over at her place. The reason I made a point of calling these fish "Dwarf Blue Eye's" is cuz I can't get their eyes to look blue in my photo's but they WILL look blue when you look at them in your tanks. I do see other photographers photo's of these fish on the Internet and a lot of those guys have figured out how to capture that blue eye in their photo's but I have tried to figure out how to do it and after 10 years of taking photo's I am not afraid to admit I just can't nail down how it's done. Oh well, perhaps one day one of these photographers will send me an E Mail telling me what I am doing wrong. On a brighter note these Rainbows are NOT hard to breed and you WILL end up with eggs in those mops so even if you are a beginner you WILL have good luck with these fish! I am also going to send you a couple mops so you HAVE what you need to give it a whirl! 4 Pr's of Dwarf Rainbows and 2 mops leaves us with a good amount of room remaining in the box and I WILL also send you 5 Hara jerdoni catfish. I can't sex those but with 5 you will have a great shot at having both sexes. These little catfish are from India and they are really cool little fish too! They stay small and are extremely interesting. They like to bury themselves in either sand or gravel and will seem to pop up out of nowhere at feeding time and I bet you end up really taking a liking to them. They have also been bred in tanks and you can see some better photo's of them along with learn a little more about them by going HERE. Lastly I have a few species of young egg scatterers around the fish room and I will add a group of those to this box too but remember - the catfish and the egg scatterers will only arrive to you if you don't jam me on shipping! Since I talked a lot about breeding in this offering I will also send you some very TINY dry foods you can use to start any fry off with PLUS some good quality foods to keep the adult fish in breeding condition. Both Diane and I have extremely limited amounts of these Pseudomugil ivantsoffi so do a Google Search on them to see how nice full grown adults actually end up looking and place a bid!
