Hello folks! Happy January! This offering is for a total of 8 beautiful Loaches! In fact, these are so nice I took the time to photograph the actual fish I will be sending you! The first species below are Botia kubotai and the fish I photographed are about 4 inches long and showing their adult patterns.You will receive all 4 of them! These are HOT fish and when I saw them come through the importers over the holidays I had to pick them up! If you have never kept Botia kubotai before they are pretty much just like Clown Loaches. They will school, they LOVE meaty foods flakes, freeze dried or frozen and they can NOT be kept with snails unless you want to see all your snails get eaten. They are my favorite Botia and no 2 ever look alike! The bigger they grow the nicer they become! The second species I am going to send you are very rare in the hobby. I took the time to photograph those 4 fish too cuz I wanted you to see them and I wanted to add this species to my photo collection. They are a different species than what we normally see sold under the name "Sumo Loach". These loaches are actually Schistura cf. balteata. ALL 8 of these loaches can be kept in the same tank and I have been housing them here for almost 6 weeks with no compatibility issues.
