Hello folks! Happy October! This is another offering for some of Diane's Rainbowfish plus I am adding on a NICE Trio of Parrish Purple Delta Guppies to the offering too. This is also another opportunity to pick up a proven spawning group of fish. This group has been breeding right here in my fish room ever since I brought them home Sunday. They are called Celebes Rainbow Fish, Telmatherina ladigesi but in reality they are not actually Rainbow fish at all.You will receive 3 Breeding PAIRS of these fish! They are part of the Silver Side group and they are the ONLY known species of their genus which makes them a very interesting fish! Even though they are not really Rainbow fish they spawn just like them and a lot of Rainbowfish fans (like Diane) end up maintaining them. They are also hard to photograph properly and do a lot of impressive displaying when you have a breeding group like this one! To raise some fry I suggest you put all 3 Females in a 10 gallon tank with a sponge filter. Feed them well for about 5 days and then add your Males along with a large mop. Don't go anywhere, just hang out for a few minutes cuz odds are good you will get to catch them in the act of spawning shortly after introducing the Males. Let them do their thing for a few hours and then pull the mop and you will have PLENTY of eggs to hatch!You can also do things in reverse and after they spawn and there are eggs in the mop remove all the ADULTS and put them back in a community tank and raise the fry in that 10 gallon tank! When not spawning these fish I recommend you keep them in a well planted community tank! They are 100% peaceful and they will constantly display in a community tank setting when there are females around! I will also include HIGH QUALITY foods with this offering! Lastly you outta set up this Trio of Parrish Purples to breed too! They are a high quality TRUE BREEDING Delta Tail Guppy and they produce fish with LARGE Delta Tails and nice dorsals. If you want to try some IFGA standard type Guppies I can highly recommend this line. Also since I want you to try to breed these fish I will include a brand new mop, one of those magnifying glasses I am always including in my Killifish offerings and even a Microworm Culture so you have some tiny live foods to start the fry off with!
