Hello folks! Happy August Everyone! This is going to be my last week of posting auctions and then I will be taking a 2 week break from all this "fish stuff" so win something NOW so I can ship you a cool Box-O-Stuff before I go! You won't be sorry you did! This offering is for the awesome Trio of Honeycomb Tatia, Tatia perugiae you can see below. These are from Conrad Jr's. fish room and I am surprised he is giving them up. There is 1 Male and 2 Females. These catfish are easy to sex cuz they breed like livebearers and Males have a gonopodium instead of an anal fin. After the eggs are fertilized the Female will then lay the now fertile eggs in a cave like Ancistrus do. Are you confused yet? Go HERE to check out an excellent overview on these fish! Conrad says he was feeding them Golden Pearls, frozen brine shrimp, frozen bloodworms, earthworm flakes and occasionally live black worms. He recommends you set up their tank so you can see in to the cave you give them to place the eggs in that way you will know when they are breeding. Try this Trio out folks! They are sexed out, in perfect condition, and HARD TO FIND and I think Conrad's nuts for selling them off but he needs tank space just like everyone else so they gotta go! Hello CRAZY folks! Conrad Jr. just texted me letting me know he found another one of these Tatia's in his tank and he is going to include it in this offering too. He didn't say what sex it was though. So you will be getting at least one more catfish if you win this offering!
