Hello folks! Happy Friday! This offering for 2 Types of Bubblenest Builders. I enjoy running these sort of offerings and you outta take ADVANTAGE of these types of boxes cuz you can house and condition these fish together and hopefully end up breeding BOTH species when they are ready to mate for you! Actually they don't mate for you but you know what I mean! This offering is for 4 Young Megalechis thoracata along with a beautiful Pr. of wild caught Betta coccina I managed to get my hands on a couple weeks ago. These catfish build a bubble nest at the SURFACE and the Betta coccina like to build their nests in caves or under leaves but do NOT build a bubble nest at the surface. What's it all mean? It means these fish will do extremely well together if you give them a nice tank to live in that doesn't have a whole lot of water movement so when they are ready to start thinking about breeding they can actually build a bubblenest without it being destroyed due to a lot of water movement in the tank. I would also HIGHLY recommend growing some plants in their tanks. Bubblenest builders like to use small pieces of plant material when building their nests to help hold everything together. Also if you are one of those folks that has attempted to keep wild type Bettas in the past and you had a hard time feeding them cuz they don't eat flakes very well wait until you see them eat my Mix #2! Betta's absolutely go CRAZY for the stuff! This is a one time offering and if you like the idea of keeping some harder to find fish that end up breeding is a very unique way this is the offering for you! I will include HIGH QUALITY foods both these species WILL EAT and thrive on! I will ALSO add a 3rd type of fish to this box IF you allow me to SHIP in a timely manner!
