Description

This great picture is courtesy of Pete from Lotsoffish. I dont have the quality camera to capture the beauty of this unique little fish! This auction is for 4 sparkling gouramis, 2 albino bristlenose plecos & your choice of 8+ snails or mixed floating plants.... Sparkling gouramis, also called pygmy gouramis, are a very neat small labyrinth fish well suited to a planted tank. These fish typically top out at only 1". Because of their small size & tendancy to be timid they are best kept in a well planted tank with other peaceful fish. I keep these gouramis with dwarf shrimp without problems but they are known to be shrimp hunters so I dont suggest shrimp as tankmates. You will also receive 2 adorable juvenile albino bristlenose plecos that are about an inch long & 8 wks old. These plecos also stay relatively small, reaching 4-5" when mature, so will do quite well in a smaller planted tank with these gouramis. They do not bother my plants & spend most of their time cleaning the driftwood or the glass. These plecos are eating kens mini sinking sticks mix, brine shrimp & veggies including sweet potato, green beans, cucumber, baby carrots & zuchinni. Lastly you get your choice of 8+ snails or a mix of floating plants. You can choose red ramshorns, mixed snails (all 3), malaysian trumpet snails or brown ramshorns. All snails are healthy juvenile snails. The floating plant option includes dwarf water lettuce, frogbit & duckweed. If you do not want the duckweed simply rinse the other plants well before putting them in your tank. All this ships for FREE! I package in breather bags & an insulated box.
