Hello folks! Happy Friday! This offering is for 12 Micropoecilia picta. These are a 100% PURE strain of Picta but I did cross the Red Aquarium Strain into the Wild Strain I had 2 or 3 generations back cuz I was tired of maintaining both strains separately so these fish WILL produce both Wild Type and Red type fish now too! I took the photo's of these fish below this morning and they are a good representation of what you will receive although when I catch your fish I will catch a more even amount of Males and Females. These Picta enjoy a nice quite planted tank are extremely peaceful and I do very well breeding Shrimp in their tanks so I am also going to send you about 10 NICE Sakura Shrimp with this offering and I will add a handful of Naja Grass for you too. These Picta RARELY eat their own fry so you outta be able to get these going well without having to trap your Females. I used the nice Red Strain my friend Ol' Conrad used to maintain for the cross so these fish should continue to throw some nicely colored Males and if you prefer the more subtle Wild Type colors you will end up getting fish like those too. I believe you could line breed these fish in any direction you want to go with them too! Personally I like them just the way they are! I will add some HIGH QUALITY foods to this box!
