Hello folks!
Happy Columbus Day Weekend!
LIMITED auctions this week cuz of limited shipping days next week.
This offering is for a NICE sexed Pr. of wild caught Young Apistogrammas.
I bought these as A. norberi but I am pretty sure they are actually Apistogramma eunotus. I have personally kept and bred Apistogramma eunotus a couple times in my life and these look to be shaping up into those. I wanted to try a new species but in all honesty every time I maintain Apistogramma eunotus I always regret selling them all so either way it's fine with me.
Normally I would just keep a fish like this and wait until their full adult colors come out before selling some but I have 4 Pr's. crammed into a tank with several Green Dragon ancistrus and none of these fish can settle into the limited amount of caves in there so it's time to thin some out.
I have ALWAYS had great luck getting Apistogramma eunotus to spawn for me and I have even had Trio's of them breeding well together at one time so if I am correct on my identification you shouldn't have to hard a time getting these fish to breed for you either.
I will also send you 6 Young (about an inch long) L-144 Blue Eye Ancistrus with these Apistos.
I have them and they are real nice and they will help fill up the box nicely. You WILL be glad I included them when they start breeding for you!
Try these Apisto's out! They are still young but the Females are already turning yellow and these Males are trying to kick these larger Ancistrus out of their caves. That means they will be spawning shortly!
I will include high quality foods these Apisto's and L-144's will aggressively eat and probably some other stuff I haven't thought of yet!
