Hello Folks! Happy Friday! This is my last offering for today although I may try to put up a couple more auctions over the weekend. I got way too bogged down with other stuff the last couple days and just ran out of time to get everything up I wanted to. I actually have a lot of stuff I need to get moving here. This auction is for a large box of South American fish. The L-201's are a Pr. and I have had them since around mid Feb. The first 4 photographs are of the Male, then the Female and then both. I had 4 and one Pr. was pretty easy to sex out but these took a little longer. I will also send you the 5 Nannacara anomala you can see below, I also got them in Feb. I took those photo's of them today and obviously there is a Male and I think there's a second Male and 3 Females in this group. Next I will catch 2 Pr's of those nice wild caught A. A. borellii you can see below. I already sold the actual fish in those photo's but I have more that are sexed out now and I will catch you GOOD looking Pr's. Lastly, I have 1 Trio of very nice Florida bred "German Blue Rams" plus 3 or 4 3/4 inch fry from them I raised in a breeder box just screwing around. I will send you all of them too. You CAN breed these Dwarf Cichlids in those breeder boxes and I did get these Rams to go in one of them but I screwed up and the sponge I had blocking the return flow got clodded up with "stuff" and all my fry ended up over flowing into the tank and immediately got eaten by the adult rams in the tank I had the thing attached to. I am not telling you this cuz I want you to know I am an idiot, I am just informing you so you can be aware of this potential pitfall cuz if it happened to me I would guess it could happen to you too. It was the only time I have had an issue with one of those and I am using almost 30 of them non stop in the fish room now. I think you could keep ALL these fish in a tank the size of a 30 long or larger but anything smaller and you will have issues when a Pr. of any of these dwarfs decides to breed. Also, I tried a new food with these L-201's and they took to it really well. It's a new stick on the market called 'catfish sticks" and it's a meaty type pellet with actual hard woods in it. You can actually see the wood chips in the sticks. The cichlids will eat them too although I was feeding them mostly that mix #2 and they REALLY like that food. I will send you samples of BOTH those foods to try out in your fish room. I have also been feeding all my Ancistrus those sticks (along with canned green beans) and they REALLY go nuts for them. I don't sell these sticks either so I ain't trying to sell you on them! And that's it! A big box of SA fish!
