Hello Folks! Happy Friday! This auction is for 7 F0 Corydoras melini along with 2 Pr's. of REALLY NICE adult size Celebes Rainbows I have been watching breed in some Hornwort almost daily for the last Month. You will also receive 1 Pr. of Pseudomugil tenellus along with a handful of Hornwort. You outta be able to spawn these Rainbows (they ain't really rainbows you know) almost immediately after receiving them and I will even send you the Hornwort to catch their eggs in. You WILL have to remove the Hornwort to a new tank (or bucket or even a breeder box) so they along with the Corydoras don't eat all the eggs but it should be easy enough to do. All 13 of these fish are in GREAT condition and are REALLY doing awesome down in the fish room. I added 2 separate moving pictures of these Celebes to this auction. One was taken the day I got them (in Feb.) when they were a little bit stressed out and the other one was taken March 15 the first day I saw them start spawning. These Males darken right up as they go into spawning mode and I thought it would be cool to be able to show folks what to look for. I have had these Celebes rainbows breed for me several times over the past 15 or 20 years and they really are an easy and fun fish to breed. They breed in classic egg scatterer fashion and there is al lot of displaying and the fry are also pretty easy to raise. If you have never really seen large robust Celebes rainbows before these fish are NOTHING like the smaller Celebes occasionally seen in pet shops. Since I am selling these with breeding in mind I will also include some Golden Pearls that are ground to a consistency of talcum power along with a Micro worm culture too and IF I can find a mop I am not using I will even toss one of those in to. I WOULD keep all these fish together because you will find the Celebes are a mid water to top water type fish and these Corydoras will be beneficial in mopping up any foods off the bottom so you can really pound these Celebes with lots of good foods to keep them in spawning condition for long periods of time. Lastly I have some pretty RARE Pseudomugil tenellus I have been messing with the last Month or 2. I actually just thought of those while typing out this auction, I haven't even gotten around to photographing them yet and I am not going to stop and take photos of them right now but you can do a Google search on them to check them out. These are a dwarf Blue eye similar to Furcata's. I will include a Pr. of those with this auction too and they could be kept with all these fish only you probably will want to set them up in a smaller tank like maybe a 5 1/2 to mess around with those. You could also get them breeding in a breeder box too. That brings us up to 13 NICE fish plus the Hornwort for spawning. If I have some extra room in the box I may even add a couple surprises.
