If you receive your order via overnight USPS Express mail and the fish arrive doa, please follow the steps listed below:

�Step 1.) �Send via email at LEAST two CLEAR pictures of the deceased fish in the original unopened shipping bag within 30 MINUTES of 1st delivery attempt.

Step 2.) Procced to open the shipping bag(s), and send via email at LEAST two CLEAR pictures of the doa fish cut in half within 30 minutes of 1st delivery attempt.�

The guarantee will be void if:

- The buyer fails to sign for the fish on the 1st delivery attempt

- If your order takes more than 1 day to arrive

- If your weather is below 50 degrees

- If you do not send the required pictures within the specified time frame
