MY CRAP ain't junk!


First up for auction is 1 trio of standard finned RREAS. These are breeding age, not fry and are under a year of age so they are now ready to start dropping fry. The parents of my RREAS came from Ol'Lotsoffish and are his set strain. It takes about 8 months or longer for Swordtails to be ready to breed.
PLUS, add to that fact another fact. On occasion an adult nice sized female becomes a male. Yes a real male with a very nice gondopodium. And these males are HUGE, known as SUPER Males. All 3 in this auction are nice large RREAS, no puny runts, PLUS I have waited long enough so that hopefully, none of these females will become Super Males (even tho breath taking!).
I will include as a bonus, as personal insurance from me to you - a second male , who tho not needed now, just might be appreciated down the road, and one extra female. Be sure and keep your tank well covered, these swords seem to delight in jumping thru the smallest space at the top of the tanks. Do not consider these 2 extras when you are bidding, they are sent just as good will hoping you do well with your RREAS.


NEXT up is Ol'Lotsoffish strain of VERY NICE quality Sakura/Taiwan or Fire shrimp These shrimp are like Cherry Red Shrimp on Steroids and they ALL end up growing up to look just like the large shrimp you can see below.
In fact, even at a smaller size they will ALL start changing into the nice red.
If you are looking for a totally BLINDING BRIGHT RED shrimp just buy these folks. They are very hardy, they look AWESOME and they breed like rabbits. Buy these and I will send you 10 of them that are just starting to color up. Newly hatched shrimplets are colorless, and as they mature they develop that nice red that Sakura are known for.
I will also include within this grouping of 10, a berried female!

You will also get 3 of my home grown young Common Ancistrus who, are now over an inch long. Such busy little things. It is even fun to watch them play. The picts I took are a sample of the ones you will receive, I can not tell who is who in the pictures. LOL BTW They were totally stressed for the posing and are not at their colorful glory!
If you decide to breed these down the road or in your own tanks, LOL these will produce an interesting variety of color morphs. They are Het for Red Marbles, Albino, light brown and a very dark brown/black with wonderful white tips on the fins and tail. In fact - I would love to call the ones with the white tips, White Tip Ancistrus. :)

I am showing you this video so you can see how healthy my fish are. BUT please be alert as at about the 10 second mark, you will see 2 RREAS male swords. One will be the usual sized male and the other will be a SUPER MALE!

Even with the size difference, you can keep both of the Ancistrus and the Sakura in the same tank. In fact if you have more green floating plants than the Denver Mint has green backs, you might be able to keep all species together.
