Hello Folks! Try THIS with these 3 Pr's of fish and I guarantee you will be successful breeding them. We ALL should use quarantine tanks when we bring new fish in to our fish rooms so actually set one up for these fish. All you need is a heater, a sponge filter and a little bit of cover in the form of plastic plants, mops, etc. When these 3 Pr's arrive to you place them in your new quarantine tank ALONG with the FREE mop I am sending you AND some of your own cover too and feed them plenty of the Lotsoffish Mix #2 I am sending you with this auction and KEEP them quarantined for 2 weeks. Then move them to the actual tank you want to keep them in. Guess what? You have JUST spawned Epiplatys dageti monroviae and all you have to do now is WAIT a couple days and you WILL start seeing their fry swimming around in your former quarantine tank that is now your new Epiplatys dageti monroviae fry tank. (laughing) Oh well it was nice having a quarantine tank for a couple weeks wasn't it? Now do you understand how some of us end up with 50 tanks going? Want to breed Longfin Cherry Barbs next? OK, set up your next "quarantine tank" with about 3/4 of an inch of coarse gravel and watch for my upcoming Longfin Cherry Barb auction and you can spawn them in your "new" quarantine tank in a few weeks from now. These are a WONDERFUL hardy little fish that are relatively easy to keep and breed and if you like the idea of keeping some nice Yellow and Black fish (they ain't ALL bright RED you know?) these are the fish for you! They are a GOOD community tank fish and would make a FINE addition to anyone's community tank! Ol' Conrad has taken the time to raise these fish and to make a spawning mop for you and I am going to toss one of those in the shipping box along with a small Microworm culture also from Ol' Conrad and I picked up a whole bunch of magnifying glasses a while back and I am going to include one of those too. That's so you will be able to easily see the eggs these fish are going to be laying in that mop we are sending you. I will also send you some HIGH QUALITY dry foods all these fish will eat.
