Box-O-Rocks are BACK!!!! Medium Sized!! Hi Folks!!! Up for bid is 1 medium flat rate box, FULL of rocks, and some other goodies... This set is PERFECT for regular crays, and dwarf to medium Cichlids, OR to add some GREAT intrest to your Hardscape!!!!I've done ALL the work.. they were collected, cleaned, sorted, and put into kits that you can redecorate your tank with, and give your fish, shrimp and crays cozy caves to call home!!!! I am also tossing in some fresh fallen and collected hardwood leaves. This will be mainly OAK, but there will be some maple, and maybe some magnolia and sycamore in there also. These were collected in a pestacide and fertilizer free area... and have been "dusted off", branches removed... and When I bagged these up- They appeared SPIDER free... :) LOL Why would you want to put ROCKS and LEAVES in your aquarium???? Rocks provide NATURAL habitat for many species, helping them feel SECURE. It gives them a place to call home, hide, molt, or defend. Rocks provide more surface area for beneficial bacteria to grow, and some plants root to them , providing a hardscape you can make come alive in green!!! Leaves have MANY benefits - the release tannins, antibacterial and antifungal agents, kickstart infusoria and spawning!!! So toss some in!!!! Below Is a few picts of tanks that I've put rocks in, and made some cool caves in to give you an idea!! That was the begining of my Kribensis tank, with a medium sized rock pack.These are VERY similar to what your getting in this box of rocks!!!! Next is last months remodel of my Cajun Dwarf Crays Tank Thats about half a box of rocks in a 20 L, took the picture before I even finished planting, and was just kinda goofing off with the camera, and the crays were poking around at their new plants... Here's a rock kit that I played around with and sold last year... And LEXINVERTS, Uses my BOXES of ROCKS in his CPO tanks... and liked them so much, he got a second box from me, and said I can use his picture of his tank.... I think some HAPPY lil CPO's are living in there!!! Use your imagination, Play around, see what kind of HARDSCAPE you can come up with, and give your critters some habitat THEY will enjoy!!! No hassle of collecting, dragging rocks back home, cleaning, sorting... No high prices at the LFS, and, ya dont even have to leave home...
