Not that I'm complaining. This auction is for 10 black chin livebearers, Girardinus metallicus, unsexed juvies & young adults. My breeding colony has taken over a 30 gallon tank & it's time to thin out the herd. These wild type livebearers are peaceful, prolific, & beautiful, in an understated sort of way. They eat everything, including black brush algae, & unlike most livebearers thrive in soft, slightly acid water, making them great dither fish for apistos. Most of the males look like the one in the photo, but occasionally females will throw a super male, which grow to be twice the size of normal males. They look like normal females at first, until one day you'll notice that the "female" has a gonopodium! Along with the fish I'll also throw in some sunset hygro & java moss, which I also have too much of. Payment is by PayPal only, & USPS priority shipping is FREE! Thanks for looking & good luck!
