Description

Shrimp Lover's Package #1

Free Template from AuctionInsights.info

I have seen alot of shrimp kits and packages... and ya know what???? NONE of them are anywhere how I treat and care for my shrimps... and I got shrimps everywhere around here!!!

So I decided to put together my own shrimp package , with stuff I use or have used in my OWN shrimp tanks. Shrimp arent that finicky folks... they really arent. They only want a few basic things to be happy, and breed like crazy... and all but one are in this kit!!!

1) CLEAN WATER ( nope not gonna send you water...LOL )

2) Great foods

3) Hiding places

4) Foraging Spots

Yep, that simple..... no magic potions, no chemicals, no additives... just a no frills real world shrimp kit that will let you spend more time enjoying your shrimp, and less time fussing with stuff.

Ya'll should know by now Im a simple kinda gal... Why make stuff HARDER than it should BE???? Our aquatic critters dont have all these magic potions and additives in the real world.... THey get what they need from nature... Rain is water changes, plants filter, rocks and soil leach out trace amounts of minerals. Our tanks, if designed like a mini ecosystem will and can do the same thing... which gives you more time to ENJOY the HOBBY!!!

Here's what is included in my no frills, back to basics, shrimp kit:

1 nice piece of driftwood w/ weighted rock base

2 pieces of cholla wood

2 golfballs of java moss

1 tennis ball of naja grass

1 sprig of java fern windolev

2.5-3 heaping tablespoons of my special veggy mixed food

1 piece of a seashell

1 bag of hardwood leaves

The plants give the shrimp places to forage, hide and do their thing. Here check out this moving pict to see the inside of one of my shrimp tanks

The wood gives you a cool looking centerpiece, a place to attach that pretty fern, and gives additional hiding and foraging spots for those shrimp. It also provides an additional surface for microscopic beneficial critters to grow!!

the leaves- well they help keep that tank balanced, shrimp LOVE picking and them as infusoria grows on leaves. That seashell... guess what those are MADE outta??? alot of it is calcium, which slowly disolves... I used to comb the beaches when I lived near the GULF, and have TONS of shells. I tossed one in a tank a few months ago that had shrimp- they pick at that shell ALL the time. I tossed an identical one in a tank w/o shrimp. The one in the shrimp tank is disolving quicker than the one in the tank w/o shrimp. TWICE as fast even... So those shrimp are getting what they need from that shell, Im sure of it.

So there you go... toss it all in a 10 gal or bigger shrimp tank, give your shrimp CLEAN water, feed them great food, and they will be EVERYWHERE... no other fussing needed...

So hows that look for a shrimp kit????

Payment- USPS money orders or PAYPAL only, THANKS!!!

Shipping- USPS PRIORITY, $13.00 in a medium flat rate box... After I get it all packed, IF there's room left, Ill start tossing in extras. Delivery confirmation and a well packed box always included.I dont charge handling fees, just what postage and shipping supplies cost me.
