Hello Folks! ! Why should you buy these snails from me rather than all the rest of the folks now selling them at Aquabid? Glad you asked! I was the FIRST person selling these useful snails here many years a go. I ship fast! My stuff arrives ALIVE! And lastly, I ALWAYS toss some extras into my boxes! I know some of you folks look at snails as some crap rookies keep cuz they are idiots but these snails REALLY assist me in more ways than one in my fish room. I tend to over feed all my stuff almost daily and as soon as I turn my lights off at night these snails are on the move keeping the bottoms of my tanks squeaky clean. Not only that they also provide the type of waste tanks need to produce infusoria AND they do NOT eat sponge filters. If you sometimes have problems with protein slime building up in your fry tanks OR you seem to have problems with over feeding because you push your grow out fish hard these will greatly assist you in avoiding water quality problems. Of course, they also eat algae too. All in all they are a hardy, easy to keep snail, they look cool AND they are like having an assistant working for you every night after you turn your fish room lights off for. I sell a lot of them and soon enough will be out of them until at least Mid May. This auction is for 8 large Livebearing Trapdoor Snails. If you want to get 16 just pay me double whatever this auction goes for and I will ship you a total of 20. LOL! (I always send a couple extra.) They DON'T eat plants, are hard to find, and they love to groom any algae from your plants to keep your plants healthy and looking great. These are GREAT in fry tanks. They will eat any extra food your fry leave behind and they will keep all that protein slime from forming on your glass if you feed to much live baby brine shrimp. They are also great in shrimp tanks and will help keep your planaria populations low. They have live baby's and they are born almost a quarter inch long. Try these guys out, I get a lot of requests for them and they sell really fast when I get them in. Shipping is Free and live arrival of nice snails is guaranteed. These are hardy and USEFUL snails.
