SNE NIGHT

Baylees Long List Of Policies

Now that we have covered the boring crap above,

LET'S DEAL!!

I am always looking for new ideas when it comes to offering the best plants in the hobby.  Since I can get away with simply asking people to send me their hard earned loot for plants of my choice, I figured I would change things up a bit and make handing over your loot even easier.

I put together custom packages for people all the time and I don't even have to run an auction to do it, but not everyone knows that I do that.  I also don't think everyone believes I know what I am doing or that I have the best crap money can buy.

WELL I AM GOING TO PROVE IT

Some of you people think that I got lazy and was just another pretty face selling plants, but I actually have been doing several things that I haven't told you about.

I have been setting up planted tanks and taking pictures that I am going to use when I do talks at clubs about plants.  I am also doing more than that, but for now, that is all you need to know.

My idea is that maybe if I show you more than just a stem plant next to a ruler or a pop can, you will figure out what many others already have.

NOBODY DOES IT LIKE BAYLEES

The NEWBEE Plant Package

This auction is for ANYONE but geared toward the beginner.  You know who you are and you have been waiting for a moron like me to come along and hold your hand.

This auction is probably for someone with a basic light strip that came with the tank that really is only good enough to turn on and see if your fish are still swimming.

This auction is for someone that wants a simple basic tank with REAL LIVE PLANTS in it so they can brag to their neighbors when they come over wanting to borrow something.

This auction is for someone that wants to give it an honest try without having to really try at all and will come back for more and advance to the next level.

I want you to look at this picture below.

This is a picture of a 30 gallon breeder with a single T8 crappy strip light on it. It has 3-4 basic plants in it.  The leafy plants you see up front are Cryptocoryne Wendtii.  In the top left corner there is Anubias Minima and other Anubias are attached to pieces of driftwood and in the right corner toward the back is Hornwort which has the bushy needle like leaves.  Lastly, there is probably some Java Fern in there.

Those 4 basic plants are about as easy as it gets.

Now let's look at another picture.

Now the smart ones in the class have already figured out that it's the same tank.  ONLY one month later.  Do you see how the Hornwort has grown from that back corner and created a nice canopy that glows in the light.  All this from a few stems that I planted in the back corner.  Now the corner is full of places for fish to hide and the fry that I will have from the swords and guppys can hide in the canopy.

Look at the Crypts and how they have changed!  They started out like smooth round leaves and are now getting narrow, crinkled and longer as well as starting to fill in.  Pretty soon the whole front will be a sea of leaves.

The Anubias and Java Ferns won't show much change in one month as they are both slow growers, but the really cool thing about Anubias is that is grows horizontally and if you leave it alone it will turn into a centipede crawling across your tank and even up the side of the glass.

HOW COOL IS THIS FOR DOING NOTHING!!

No fancy lights, NO CO2, No Ferts, NO WORRIES!

All I added was some fish.

Here is what you are bidding on!

Obviously I have planted a lot of plants in here to begin with, but I want you to take it slow just to prove to yourself that you can do this.  If you want to buy multiple packages of this because you feel I'm not blowing smoke up your uplift tube, NO PROBLEM.

But I want to offer you the 4 basic plants for you to try and once you figure out I'm the real deal, we can talk about adding more, setting up another tank, or moving to the next level.

So this auction is for

1 Nice Anubias Nana

Bare Root

That you can tie to a piece of driftwood.

1 XL Crypt Wendtii

Bare Root

That you can not only plant, but break apart and get about 15 individual plants from!

1 Bunch of Hornwort

5 or so NICE HEALTY STEMS

That you can plant like I did or float it because it doesn't matter with this crap!

1 Bunch of Java Fern LACE

Which is the cool one with the fingers that only gets about 8" tall.

That you can tie to another piece of driftwood.  Heck this stuff even attaches to slate!

AND AS A BONUS

Just for viewing with us today...

2 Small pieces of Malaysian Driftwood to tie your new plants to.  This stuff doesn't need any weight as it sinks all on it's own!
