Hello folks! I suppose I outta actually get some auctions up this week. This auction is for a VERY NICE strain of Furcata rainbows I am currently working with. I will also send you some daphnia with this auction. I have had this strain of Daphnia magna breeding here in my fish room all Winter and it's a relatively EASY strain to maintain (yes, some strains are harder, actually) in captivity so you should have a very good shot at doing well with it. I keep it in buckets, jars, whatever I have that holds water and I am actually feeding this daphnia USED Microworm medium right out of my Microworm cultures and that's been working out real well for me. If you don't want to deal with messing with this daphnia just feed it all to your fish when the box arrives. OK, back to this auction. I got this strain of Furcata's from the same breeder I received the Pseudomugil connieae from and you can see the actual strain I will be sending you in the "moving pictures" below. Win this auction and here is exactly what I will send you. 8 Furcata rainbows (both sexes), a spawning mop, a Microworm culture, daphnia, high quality foods for your adults, high quality food for your fry you will surely end up with, and some leaves to help keep your tanks balanced and running well. I am really pleased with this strain of Furcata's and I have been picking eggs from these guys daily. They are a joy to have in my fish room. Plan on receiving at least one other type of fish in this box too!
