X. Helleri Fry Pack, Guppies AND MORE!!!! 9 X.Helleri "Yucatan Peninsula" Swordtail fry AND 2 Young Trios Red Glass Guppies AND 6 young Peppered Cories All of these were BORN and raised here by me. There is going to be several of swordtail pictures..... but I'm going to tell you about these first. I have been working with these for awhile, and they are FUN to work with. BUT these are late bloomers to color up AND sex. So I am offering a decent group so you'll get eventually a mix of sexes.You get to watch them grow up, and then transform. First the fry pictures- That's going to give you a very good representation of what these will look like when you recieve them. They are ranging from 1/2 in to 3/4 in right now. Now on to the adults... I said they have unusual coloration, and they throw a MIX of variations. Some are heavily spotted, others might only have 1 freckle. Others are more blue/green, while some are more of an tangerine orange to a deep orangey red with colored stripes. The females are duller, males become vividly colored, but it takes almost a year and thats feeding GREAT food. So here's some pictures to show you what the adults look like- these are the parents of the fry you will be recieving! As I said there is a variety of colors and patterns with these... so you arent quite sure exactly how these are going to turn out, but its alot of fun watching them BLOSSOM. I've learned a few things about them in the time I've been working with these. They DON'T like small tanks, and they WILL commit suicide at the very first chance they get if you put them in smaller than a 30 gal. They LOVE to have room.They will also HIDE unless you keep them in larger groups. They behave alot more like a SHOALING fish than a swordtail. They are even happier when they have a smaller type fish in the tank with them- So I keep some random male guppies in the breeding tanks and have red glass guppies in the grow out tanks with these babies. I was breeding guppies and these swords together, WITH floating plants. But I got lazy,and got tired of chasing down fry ALL the time- but it CAN be done! LOL These fish get big, 4 + inches (w/o) their swords, they like to be in bigger groups,(9+) and they like company- so you need a bigger tank. You can get an idea on the size ,as there is a guppy pictured with some of my younger adults... and they are not full size yet- and STILL growing. I told you they are late bloomers.LOL. Ive tried to seperate the color variations- and I didnt get anywhere-NOR did I have the PATIENCE for that. Maybe someone with more patience, than I have can get 2 differant color lines stablized in these??? I dont have that much patience, but I do LOVE these swords. They are also GREAT for crossing into another line of Swordtails to get even MORE color patterns with! Now on to the Red Glass. This is a line I got from "Lilmissroughcountry". They are GORGEOUS. I'm offering 2 young adult trios... 4 young adult girls, 2 young adult boys. These are around 2.5 months old, and will continue to grow and color up for you. Currently these are my FAVORITE guppy, and they are a really nice compliment to the Swordtails above, as they contrast each other nicely. They have the extended fins, and many females are BLUE glass with the same extended finnage....These are also PROLIFIC!! Thats one of my adult breeder males to give you an example. Now since You need a decent sized tank to hold and grow up these swords, who like company anyway...(the guppies are perfect for this) Why not have a 3rd fish you can raise AND breed in another area of the tank?? I'm adding a sibling group of 6 peppered cories. These were from a spawning IN one of my sword tanks from December 10,2010.They are now also 2.5 months old. They are currently AROUND a 1/2 in, in length, with me eyeballing the size.This is the first time I have actually pulled my cory eggs,and these were so much fun to raise... I've got more than I need so I'm passing some on to you. They are adorable baby cories arent they?? And the best part is- you can keep, raise and BREED all these together in the SAME tank. Now on to all the actual details of this auction...Talking about the fishies and posting pictures of them is so much more fun.... SHIPPING- I ONLY ship USPS. NO exceptions, so PLEASE don't ask. I'm offering PRIORITY, $20.00 As this is going to be a BIG box....with 4 bags of fish. This will include- styrofoam lined box, heat packs if needed, and all that good stuff... and Delivery Confirmation. PAYMENT- USPS Money orders OR Paypal only. No exceptions, PLEASE don't ask. I live in the middle of nowhere...So please one or the other in a "decent" amount of time. LIVE ARRIVAL GUARENTEE- I will REFUND or REPlACE ( depends on availability) per DOA, with the following conditions... 1-Box is recieved within 72hrs of being shipped. 2-Box has not been damaged in shipping. 3-You email me a CLEAR photo, of the undamaged box, AND a clear photo of the DOA in the UNOPENED bag within 2 hours of the first attempted delivery. I will then EITHER refund the percentage per DOA, Or if I have more available, I can shipp you more, BUT you pay for the second shipment. Example- 10 fish, 10 dollers- 1 is DOA, I paypal you back 1.00. I'm sorry it has to be this way, But I cant control how the fish are treated once they leave my care.THAT said I've had EXCELLENT results with this method of shipping, recieving and shipping. I Have a " BAD" habit, of STUFFING boxes... Since I'm using a bigger than flat rate box to ship these to you, I am going to have some extra room in this box to add even MORE EXTRAS than I normally do. My normal extras can INCLUDE any or all of the following- PLANTS, GREAT FOOD, PLANT FOOD, SHRIMP, MORE FISH, OAK LEAVES... Typically the higher YOU bid- the more I cramm into a box....
