Hello Nutcases!I am working on my LAST BATCH of Viviparus malleatus of the year. There will be NO MORE until late April. I mean it too! Whether you have a large fish room or you're a hobbyist with a few tanks spread throughout your home these snails will benefit you greatly. We all could use a little extra help keeping our tanks clean and these snails WILL help you immensely. They will NOT eat aquarium plants OR sponge filters yet they will eat all types of algae aggressively, they eat ALL types of uneaten fish food, and most importantly, for me anyway, they will eat all that protein slime we sometimes get on our glass from over feeding our tanks. They breed about 3 times a year, have live babies, and they only have between about 18-24 1/4 inch in diameter babies at a time. That means you will NEVER get over run with all these small pesky type snails. Try these snails.
