3DB stands for 3 Day Banger A 3 day banger is simple.  I take a look at crap I have laying around, snap a picture, and list a 3 day auction on it.  The picture, unless I'm lazy and have a bunch, will be the exact crap I am sending. This also means, I'm not waiting on a plane to land.  I have it, I need it out of my way and I plan on shipping it as soon as you pay me. So cough up the loot. It also means if I am spending the time to take a picture, upload it and all the other crap involved in posting an auction, I'm not going to hold your hand or make you feel warm and fuzzy about why you should bid. These are FAST, that why I call em bangers.  I have important things I am working on. So if you got to ask a bunch of questions about a banger auction, forget it, because by the time I get around to answering them, the deal will be over.  GET READY TO SEE A NEW PAPA. Here is a DEAL! Dwarf Lilies Nymphaea Rubra or Stellata I have a BUNCH of these.  These are kind of a favorite of mine because I can't seem to kill them no matter what I do wrong. I get these in as bulbs and I can forget about them, leave them out of the water and let them dry up and die and just toss them in the tank and THEY ALWAYS COME BACK.  I can toss them in a tub with no light, I can toss them in a HEATED tanks, I bet I could even toss them in the toilet and they would grow. They don't get very tall, but they will on occasion send a leaf up to the top of the water to float on the surface.  I think if you read a book, it would tell you something like if you pinch off those leaves trying to reach the top, it will stay low.  I just let them do what they want to. I had a hard time getting thes in a few years ago, and the only thing that saved me was that I had a bunch in a private tank.  But I still didn't have enough. NOW I DO.  In fact, I have too many! So how about I offer you 12 of these just to thin me out a little.  Drop them in where ever you want.  These guys now have NICE roots on them because they have been sitting in BBB for months now.   Just look! I even see some banana plants in there!  Heck, why not how about 5 banana plants to go along with the dwarf lilies! Hang on, I have to go take a picture of a banana plant.  Geez this turning over a new leaf and not being lazy is making me tired. OK here it is. You know how you can tell I have had these bananas for a while?  IT HAS ROOTS!  It takes a while, and most are sold much smaller, but they do shoot out roots into the substrate.  Plus that surface leaf has a stem well over 12". In fact it was hard to get one out because they were all tangled up.   There you have it folks, two types of plants that you can literally toss in your tank.  You don't have to plant them, just drop them in like I do and let them do what they want to. 12 Dwarf Lilies and 5 Banana Plants BUT I AM GOING TO GO A STEP FURTHER I won't ask you for anything more than what you bid.  I will simply ship them to your door and eat the shipping cost.  JUST FOR HELPING ME OUT.
