Hello Folks! This week I am going to sell off some VERY nice livebearers I have been sitting on. Another words I am selling some genes this week! LOL! Sorry about all the photo's (no I'm not) but I like to show you folks what you are actually bidding on. For those of you who actually pay attention to what I sell around here you probably remember those Japanese Blue Swordtail Guppies I was selling last Fall. Well, as much as I liked those (and you folks did to cuz you bid lots of money on them) LOL, I kept a couple trios and tried to put a spade tail on them like I have done with my Tiger endlers. What I did was I got a few Metallic Blue females guppies and bred the Male Blue swordtail guppies in to those female Metallic Blues and after a little fiddling around I got my spade tails! And I LIKE THEM! This strain is still not set but I do know exactly what you will get out of these fish when you breed them. You will get- The original Japanese Blue Swordtail guppies, Spade tail Japanese Blue Guppies, Metallic Blue guppies PLUS some Red Metallic guppies (I have NO IDEA where the hell these came from) LOL, like you can see in the bottom photo's. (I took all those photographs today! Now, what I have been doing is as soon as I can sex out those Male metallics and the Male Red Metallics I just net those out of my main tank and raise all those separately so they don't fertilize my females. That's how I plan on eventually setting this strain. But you don't have to do that if you don't want to and all in all, I think you will be TOTALLY satisfied with all 4 types of males this strain is now kicking out. I have sent quite a few of these fish out as "free bees" while working with these fish and I have gotten rave reviews from some of you folks regarding the color and all around vigor of these fish. Anyway, they are going to be a main stay in my fish room for a while. I really enjoy breeding these guys AND nobody else has them ANYWHERE! Except now you might have them if you get lucky and actually win this auction. Again, these fish will kick out 4 types of males. All of these males are NICE LOOKING FISH! I am also going to send you some NICE quality floating plants PLUS some HIGH QUALITY foods that will keep these fish breeding and keep their color vibrant. Now for the numbers. I am going to send you 2 Japanese Blue Swordtail Males, 2 Blue Spade tail guppies and then 6 different females to breed them with. That's a total of 10 fish PLUS I will send you another 10 FRY from this tank AND if you want them I will send you a Male Metallic blue and a Male Red metallic also. That's 22 fish all together folks! These are also NOT bad fry eaters and as long as you add all the floating plants to their tank you outta be seeing fry very shortly after receiving your box.
