Hello Folks! This is a NICE auction for the Mated Pr. of awesome Silver angels you can see in my photo's below. There is nothing fancy about these fish. They don't have fancy finnage, they don't carry any exotic genes, they weren't bred by John F. Kennedy and they don't have any "Kennedy genes" in them. Here is what they do have going for them. They have PERFECT finnage. Their fry will be born large and will be fairly easy to raise. They have the classic red eyes you see in real nice wild Silver angels, Pterophyllum scalare. They have PERFECT striping. They are GOOD PARENTS and they just spawned this past week and I watched them attempt to protect their eggs from 7 full grown Male swordtails along with a 8 inch L-200 for well over 48 hours until finally they lost the spawn to the plecostomus. They are YOUNG fish and you should get hundreds of spawns from them over the next 5 or so years. I spawned them in a 20 long and the male did not beat up the female at any time during the process. This Pr. of fish would be PERFECT for someone who wants to get their feet wet trying to work with an easy strain of angelfish to breed, and lastly NOTHING looks better than a big group of nice small well striped baby angels being herded around by 2 NICE adults. This Pr.laid their eggs on the lift tube of a sponge filter for me so they will most likely lay their next batch on the lift tube to your sponge filter also and we all know sponge filters are the way to go when breeding these sort of egglayers too, right? Shipping is 100% FREE and I will toss in a few ounces of GOOD QUALITY foods for this Pr. too. All you will have to do is set your temperature to about 80 and feed them some frozen brine shrimp each day for about a week and you will be watching them laying eggs very shortly.
