I would like to make a comeback, but I need your help to do it.  I could spend the next few minutes typing a bunch of nonsense about the "trials and tribulations" I have had to deal with over the last couple years, but it wouldn't mean squat. But I am at a loss right now due to the fact that I lost the majority of my files and pictures.  I also have to be honest, I literally do not remember how to do this.  I have no clue how I made my website, which means I have no clue how to fix it.  It took me about 30 minutes just to figure out how to put that familiar Baylee's logo up top.  I could explain to you why, but again it doesn't mean squat. So, I am basically starting over from scratch here.  I have MANY ideas I want to try out; I just need to figure out how to do them.  For a while, I may do some things that don't make sense or even have pictures.  I will do my best. BUT HERE IS WHAT MATTERS I have not forgotten how it fealt to make someone smile.  I have not forgotten that I used to be fun and creative, and I had fun doing it.  I have not forgotten that people work hard for their loot and want a good deal.  I have not forgotten that a big part of my success was because of the many people I have dealt with here on Aquabid. So, with the help of a neighborhood friend who won't let me give up, I'm coming back. GET READY TO SEE A NEW PAPA. Here is a DEAL! One of the reasons I could whip up a bunch of auctions was because I had most of them saved, and all I had to do was edit them to make a new one.  Which meant they mostly had the same look and boring nonsense that you had to read.  But I am only going to make you read the above nonsense in this auction.  I'm going to concentrate on making no excuses in the rest and simply do what I said I would, make a comeback. So with this auction, I am really asking for your help.  Not only did I lose years of work, I lost some accounts.  I can't blame them honestly, because no matter how soft my heart might have been, I still would have needed product for my business.  I simply could not service them properly.  Now, I'm ready to knock on their door again. I'm talking about pet stores.  If you can imagine what it would take to be able to supply several stores, multiply that by 3 and you probably still would not understand what it might take as far as inventory, space and sanity.  But, I'm ready to do it again....or at least I think I am ready. This is where you come in. I need some brave soles, that not only love deals, but love surprises.  I need to ask once again for the trust you once gave me.  I need you to simply send me your loot, and ask for plants in return.  Why am I doing this?  Well, because pet stores don't want just one of this or one of that, but most importantly, they want variety.  In order to give JUST ONE pet store an assortment of plants, I have to have a LARGE assortment and inventory.  This leaves me with EXTRA PLANTS, EXTRA STRESS and a need for EXTRA SPACE.  Let's face it folks, I'm not known for being a company like Dairy Queen selling vanilla ice cream, I'm more like Ben and Jerry's. So are you ready to help me? I know all about scratching your back if you scratch mine. EXTRAS It is a cheesy name, but it is to the point.  This auction is simply for my extras.  Extras can be ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING.  They could be plants that I have laying around because someone wanted 1 bunch and I got stuck with enough to fill a 75.  They could be plants I absolutely have to move to make room for a new shipment.  They could be for whatever reason. They could be anything and everything. So how do you know this auction is for you?  Well, for starters, if you have ever bought plants from Baylee's, you already know that answer.  Second, if you LOVE surprises, grab bags, or the type of person to bid on a box of knickknacks at some local estate auction, then this is for you.   If you like getting DEALS, then this is for you. So what kind of deal are we talking about here? Well let me tell you. I think it is safe to say that if I could buy any aquarium plant I wanted for $3, it would be a deal.  So that is what I am offering you here.  I am going to start the auction off at $1 and for every $3 increment, I will send you a plant for.  So a bid of $36 would get you 12 NICE plants that you would probably spend around $50 on. BONUS DEAL I always like to reward HIGH BIDDERS! So when the bid hits $48, I drop the price down to $2 per plant! Hopefully I don't have to explain the math on that. BUT I AM GOING TO GO A STEP FURTHER I won't ask you for anything more than what you bid.  I will simply ship them to your door and eat the shipping cost.  JUST FOR HELPING ME OUT. In fact, if you win this auction, send me a side email letting me know your ideas.  Tell me about your setup, what you like, what you hate, what you might like to try and so on.  I will use that email just like it was an order when I pack your box. HOW TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME I'm letting you send me an email telling me what you like and dislike.  If you tell me you like certain plants, and I have those on hand, I'm going to ship them. Why wouldn't I?  I could care less, an extra is an extra. Now don't get too crazy on me and send me a list of 48 specific plants (which would be a bid of $112 by the way).  But if you told me you really wish you could get your hands on some HC or a couple flame swords and I had them.....consider it DONE!!!
