Description

Xiphophorus maculatus Tabasco, the Southern Platy. Rare Red color form, PLEASE READ ALL. Auction is for 6 juv fish, 1/2-3/4 inch, 3 with red coloring starting and 3 plain, fish are not sexable at this size. Mostly males will get red, the females may get red coloring but mostly are plain-gray. This is a rare form of wild platy. Collected on Tabasco. I got these wild fish from the university researcher who collected them in 2015. The red ones start out with little or no color and after a few months pale red ones start to emerge in the group. The color in the red ones gets more and more intense as time goes on. These fish have blue speckles, black striping/peppering and intense red coloration. ................... ................................... ................. .............. Fish will be Shipped following payment. Shipping may be delayed if receiving area overnight low temps are below 50-deg. I use Breather Bags or Poly-Bags (depending on fish being shipped) to ensure a good shipping experience. Note; Live Arrival Guarantee only on Next Day Services by either USPS or FedEx. The Live Arrival Guaranteed on overnight shipments (fish must be accepted on the first delivery attempt) and with the immediate (2 hours after delivery) a dig/pic emailed of the DOA fish. This guarantee provides the replacement of the DOA fish or refund on the cost of fish (seller�s choice). LAGuarantee does not include the costs of shipping fees.
