Description

Eastern Mosquitofish, aka Gambusia holbrooki. These are F1 or F2 from parents collected in Palm Coast, FL in April, 2018. Eight fish with at least three pairs; young adults and probably one or two mature adults. One heavily melanistic male included. These fast growing, constantly moving livebearers are perfect for outdoor ponds.I also use them as dither fish with dwarf cichlids. These fish came from a 30 gallon planted tank with Pelvicachromis sacrimontis. The pictures are the fish for sale or their parents. Note that some of the males are completely melanistic and some have very little or no black at all. These fish eat anything but I feed spirulina algae flakes, small pellet foods, brine shrimp, walter worms and grindal worms. They are living in hard water. Priority shipping ~$15, FedEx or Expressmail (about $32) will depend on location of buyer. I ship from zip code 74105 and the box will be 2 � 2.5 lbs. You can keep the Styrofoam box. Live delivery guaranteed with overnight or express mail services ( but not with Priority mail). Note that the guarantee does not include shipping.
