Description

6 juvenile, unsexed, Xenatoca Doadrioi. They are 6-8 weeks old and just about an 3/4 to 1 inch long. This strain of goodeid stays rather small. Adult males are about 1 1/2" long and females about 2". Adult males exhibit bright orange and steel blue markings. Adult females are an olive green color with marbling. Adult fish are pictured. I keep my group in a bare 20 long with hornwort floating on the surface. I use a box filter with no heater. Water temperature is about 68 degrees. I feed mine Tetramin flake, frozen brine shrimp and chopped frozen bloodworms. They produce small batches of fry about every 60 days. Young are pretty large. The adults don't seem to bother them and they grow-up right along with the adults. They are a super nice fish to keep. Shipping is $15 non-refundable on top of the winning bid. These fish will ship Monday 1/7/19 so payment is requested by the end of the day Sunday 1/6/19. If I do not receive payment as requested, I will relist the auction. Thanks for looking.
