You are bidding of 6+ juvenile Mangrove Gambusia (Gambusia rhizophorae), plus a couple of extras. These are a nice livebearer for someone looking for a rare species you probably wont find in the local fish store. Their color is mostly silver, often with hints of blue or orange. What really make them stand out though are their crystal blue eyes. These fish are currently around 1 1 1/2 inches long, and will grow to around 2+ inches when mature. I will attempt to select 2 males and 4 females, but no promises in that regard. They have been raised on high quality flake food and blood worms. Unlike some other Gambusia species, they seem to be quite peaceful. I have them in a grow-out tank with limias, platys, mollies, and swordtails, and have not experienced a problem with them harassing the other livebearers. They do nip at the long flowing fins of fancy guppies though. In nature these fish usually inhabit the same waters as sailfin mollies, so they should thrive with a little salt added to their water. In other respects they are as undemanding as most livebearer Shipping is $12 to anywhere in the Continental U.S. I will usually ship within 3 days of receiving payment. If it will be longer than 3 days I will reach out via email to the winner.
