6 Juv, Xiphophorus malinche, From the Chicayotla which is on the Arroyo Xontla, a Trib of the Rio Calnali, collected by/from Gil Rosenthal's Lab Texas A & M University. A very pretty sword of the cortezi clade group. This is one of the prettier of wild type swords with bright yellow fins, yellow body and irregular brown bars and a zigzag stripe between the eyes and the tail, with light black peppering of spots. This location is a deeper yellow in color also some males are spotted or have broken bars instead of the normal bars (like Rio Claro). This is an easily maintained and bred fish that likes cool water. This might be the first time on Aquabid for this location for malinche. ..... ..... ......
