Starter Colony - 10 Xiphophorus evelynae - The Puebla Platy.
This auction is for 10 young adult Xiphophorus evelynae - the Puebla Platy. A good mix of males and females to get a colony off to a good start. Your fish will be selected from the colony in the video below. Xiphophorus evelynae are a wild-type livebearer growing only to about 1.75 inches. They are peaceful and tolerate many of their fry making them suitable for a species/colony setup. I am a hobbyist and these fish are raised in my fishroom. Shipping Policies Below Video. What will you receive in the Mail Beautiful, Healthy Fish in a Flat Rate Priority Box properly sized for the fish you have purchased. The box will be styrofoam lined - heat pack/packs if needed. I will use breather bags if appropriate for the type of fish being sent. If breather bags are inappropriate (ie. fish with spines or teeth), the fish will be double bagged in poly bags.
