Description

This auction is for 2 pairs of Poecilia obscura, the third guppy species alongside Poecilia reticulata and Poecilia wingei. This fish got described in 2009 (see description paper here http://www.mapress.com/zootaxa/2009/f/zt02266p050.pdf). This is a must for the livebearer enthusiast! The ancestors of these fish were caught by one of the describers, Manfred Schartl at the Würzburg University, in the La Seiva river in North-eastern Trinidad in 2008 so you can be assured that this is the real deal. Payment in EURO by PayPal only (+5% for PayPal fee). Shipping cost internationally and in the EU will be 20 Euro. The fish will be well packed in a polysterene box and breathing bags to ensure that they will be able to survive for at least 14 days in transit (as long as the weather is not extremely cold/hot or the package gets damaged). I have successfully shipped fish this way to several countries in Europe and also the USA, check my feedback! I wrote the wrong cost for shipping in the auction. Shipping within the EU will be 15 Euro and outside the EU it will be 20 Euro.
