Description

Alfaro cultratus are a great schooling livebearer. They are easy to keep and breed. Adult females reach almost 4 inches and give birth to large groups of small fry. Fry can be reared on powdered fry foods, live baby brine shrimp and various small frozen foods. Adults gladly accept a variety of flake and frozen foods. Parents will eat their fry, but they're easy to scoop out after birth because they all swim to the top. Floating plants will help to hide the fry. In this auction you will receive 8 young fish at about 1 - 1.5 inches in length. Like all of our fish, these guys are tank raised here and healthy. Shipping via USPS Priority mail will be $15, $35 if you prefer express shipping. If necessary, heat packs will be included with either method. Live arrival is guarunteed with express mail only.
