Shipped priority mail with confirmation slip in the post offices box which is cardboard $11. Live delivery is not guaranteed on priority mail. You might consider a 72 hour heat pack for $3 if you ship priority mail as in cold weather. Shipped express mail in Styrofoam box with heat pack which you keep $33
