Hello, I have offered a beautiful young pair of Brachyraphis terrabensis. These are F1 animals from a wild collection from Boquete, in the highlands of western Panama. These are young adults and the female (the fish in the picture) has produced one drop of fry and ready to breed. I find these to be amazing livebearers- fast swimming, very interactive, bold and aggressive with other fish. Not a community tank fish but make an awesome single species display. They do best kept around 75 F, at least a 36" long tank, pH around neutral, moderately soft water with plants. These have amazing colors- bright greenish blue eyes and iridescent blue scales around the head, yellow body with a bright orange edge to the dorsal and a lemon yellow band around the tail. The male has transverse dark stripes on his side. Fantastic, absolutely flawless animals. I'm hesitant to sell these as they are one of a kind but I am running out of tank space needed for other projects. I will only send these by express mail and can't guarantee a replacement if there is a DOA- these are my only pair. I will ship them individually in breather bags, in a well-packaged styro insulated cardboard box. thanks!!!
