Description

What you are getting:
Hello folks! The winner of this auction will receive a total of 12 black swordtails!

The 12 black swordtails were born in my fish room and came from the black swordtails in the pictures below. I love the green and blue metallic speckles on their scales! Most of the black swordtails will develop these metallic colors as they mature. They are unsexed at around 3/4" in length. This line can kick out solid black, mostly black, faded black, marbled and almost no black markings. The winner of the auction will receive 6 that are more black and 6 that are more white. At this juvenile size it�s difficult for me to tell what they will look like when they are young adults, but by receiving 12 of them you should get a good variety. My favorite is the solid black, but some folks really enjoy the marble. It�s a great line to watch them develop and grow up.

I�ll also include some of the food I use to feed my tanks of swordtails.

Care:
I keep each line of my swordtails in their own dedicated tanks. They like neutral to hard water. I do weekly water changes and use prime. I feed the adults a variety of flake foods from Ken�s Fish as well as micro worms when they are fry to juvenile size. Temps are 76 � 78

Shipping:
I will be shipping via UPS ground or UPS 2nd Day Air to the upper 48 states. I will not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. If I ship out on Monday via UPS ground and they arrive on Wednesday or earlier, then we are good. If I ship out on Monday and the expected arrival is Thursday or later then I will ship them via UPS 2nd Day Air. UPS ground is a flat rate of $25. UPS 2nd Day Air is a flat rate of $50. This includes an insulated box and a heat pack(s) as needed. I ship out on a Monday or Tuesday weather permitting. I will email letting you know the tracking number.
