Description

This listing is for 3 pairs of Scarlet Endlers livebearers (three males and three females). Males are a really nice bright orange (much nicer than shows in pictures) and have a black marking on their side. These are not a totally pure line yet. They were producing wild-type black bar Endlers when I first got them. Those are showing up less and less now, but I�m still seeing them occasionally. This does mean that someone recently crossed them,possibly, back to wild, which means they are not inbred many generations like some lines can be. This line also has males that get some blue on their chest, which I really like, and am trying to breed for. (Really hard to get the blue in the picture!) Endlers are a great beginner livebearer, as they are generally more hardy than some fancy guppy strains, they are smaller, and don�t eat their babies! Females, as with all Endlers, are colorless and grow larger. Endlers require harder water, so if your tap water is soft, you may need to modify it. Mine are raised in typical Midwest tap water, which is quite hard, and do great. Endlers can co-exist peacefully with many other aquarium fish that won�t be aggressive towards them, although many larger aquarium fish may eat the Endler�s babies, so research species accordingly. Endlers will reproduce quickly, so also plan for many more! I accept PayPal only. Shipping is USPS Priority, $17 including any packing required for current weather.
